Take the motorway N7 down to Nenagh and as you come into Nenagh you will see a large hotel on your left.
Just after this the road forks to the left. Take this and you will come to a roundabout.
Turn left at the roundabout towards the Hospital. When you see the hospital (on the left) take the first turn on the right and the track will be located on the right hand side just up this road. (Large Hay Barn looking structure).
Parking is limited and you may have to park on the road. Allow two hours for journey.
NOTE: Wear warm clothes and bring food/drinks with you as none is available at track.
