Take the N4 and head towards Galway going throught the new toll road.  Take the exit for Mullingar and you come to a roundabout.  Look for the brown signs for Belvedere House and follow them (head towards town centre).  Belvedere house is about four miles outside Mullingar on the right hand side after the golf course.  Allow about 45 - 50 mins drive.
