At Naas take the M7 towards Limerick. Take the first exit for Newbridge. Follow the signpost to Newbridge town. At the first set of traffic lights go straight through. You will see town hall with steps on left. At the next set of lights turn right (Chemist on one corner, bank of the other) towards the train station. The athletics track is located about 800m down this road on the right hand side.

Go to Sallins and at the roundabout go around and take exit into Millennium Park. Go right to the end of this road.(through several roundabouts) You will see B & Q and Aldi at the last roundabout , turn right and continue strainght in the direction of Newbridge past Toghers and follow directions as above. This was I think is much shorter
