Take the N7 from Naas and then take the M9 heading for Carlow. Take the first exit for Kilcullen (N78) and head towards Athy. Go straight through Athy and you will be on the Castlecomer Road. You go through a small village? And then you come to a crossroads after about 15mins. (seems very long road). This is a very large crossroads with a pub on the left hand side. There might be a signpost for St. Abbans track here). Turn left here at the pub and just down that road take the first right turn down a small road and after a couple of hundred meters you come to a T junction. Turn right , passing a picnic area on the right and take the next left turn just before the church. You will then find the track up this road on the right hand side. There is parking inside the grounds. We normally meet at the top right of the track. This is a cinder track.
