Continue on the M7 road until you get to M9 (direction Kilkenny Carlow Waterford) junction 11. Take this exit and continue on the M9/N9 to Castledermot. Follow the N9 to Carlow and then follow signs to Kilkenny. At Paulstown, you take the N10 to Kilkenny. When you enter Kilkenny at the first roundabout take the first exit left and go straight through the next roundabout. If I remember right there could be another roundabout and the track (Scanlon Park) will be on your right. Keep a look out. (I think Glan bia is on the left opposite it)
